The 7 Free Lessons, the "Seven Secrets to Nappy
Free Confidence"
1. What's the '7 Secrets' all about?
The
'7 Secrets
to Developing Your Nappy Free Confidence' is a fun, 'light'
introduction to the concept of Elimination Communication (or EC). There are 7
'lessons' each with valuable ideas for you to mull over as you discover what EC
is really like. To see if it might suit you at this time.
Each follows a familiar format, with 3 key ideas, and
an additional 'bonus' resource on a related topic. Secret#1
for instance contains over 40 'Potty Songs'
for you to sing with your baby or toddler as a fun additional resource,
including currently 11 benefits to singing potty songs. (Great for you to read
at any stage of potty learning actually.) You'll find an 'Easing
into EC' tip for getting started, a 'Changing Table
Guide' summarising the key ideas for you to print out and glance
at whenever you change a nappy, and links to other online resources as well.
It is a free resource for members who simply
join to gain a personal password to access the Members-Only Areas. There is no
obligation, though I welcome extra ideas to build up the resources on the site,
plus love hearing your stories as well. I do want to share my enthusiasm about
EC with those who would benefit from it.
Of course, you're accessing parts of the full online course, 'Part
Time Nappy Free', so I'm hoping you'll find the materials valuable
enough to upgrade to the whole program for less than a dollar a week. In fact,
about the cost of one and a half disposable nappies - nappies you'll easily be
able to avoid using when you become part time nappy free. After all, the essence
of the concept is reducing your nappy use by one nappy at a time.
By joining to access the 7 Secrets you'll gain the confidence in
yourself to no longer need to use nappies 100% of the time. If you
already practice EC they'll boost your confidence, and even for later starters
you'll gain lots of the 'right' attitude to get started and build your
confidence from there.
2. What if I join and don't receive my free lessons, what do I do?

we'll make sure you'll have the first email in your inbox within 24 hours.

3. What if I've lost my free secrets, how do I get them back?
If you accidentally deleted an email, because of a
computer crash or whatever other reason, just send us an email at
contact@tribalbaby.org
with your username and password, or real name, and we'll renew your access as
soon as possible.
